Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of PickleQ, including its organizer tools, public club pages, player check-in, live session views, leaderboards, exports, and paid Venue Pro features. By using PickleQ, you agree to these Terms. If you use PickleQ for a club or organization, you confirm that you have authority to act for it.

PickleQ helps organizers run pickleball sessions, manage queues and courts, form matches, record results, share live information, and maintain club records. Some features work locally on a device; cloud, public-link, payment, email, and analytics features rely on third-party services and internet access.

Match suggestions and statistics are operational aids. Organizers remain responsible for player safety, eligibility, supervision, venue rules, and final decisions about games and events.

• Provide accurate club, organizer, player, and payment information.
• Protect club passwords, check-in links, recovery email access, and staff devices.
• Use public and staff links only for their intended purpose.
• Notify PickleQ promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or a payment error.

A club organizer controls who may manage the club and is responsible for activity performed through its credentials. PickleQ may require re-verification or restrict access to protect users or the service.

Organizers must have an appropriate basis to enter and use player information, including any consent required for minors. Organizers should tell players that names, queue or court status, results, standings, and limited profile information may appear on shareable club, live-session, or leaderboard pages. Do not enter information that is unnecessary for running the session.

Public links may be viewed or reshared by anyone who receives them. Organizers should disable public features or remove information when public display is not appropriate.

Venue Pro is sold as prepaid, one-time digital access for the club shown on the purchase review screen:

• 24 hours: ₱199
• 1 month: ₱599
• 3 months: ₱1,499
• 12 months: ₱4,999

Purchases do not auto-renew. Successful payment adds the selected access period to the identified club; it does not grant the payer permission to manage that club. Access normally activates after PayMongo confirms payment. If automatic matching fails, PickleQ may verify and apply the purchase manually. Paid periods, queued passes, trials, and renewals may run consecutively as shown in the app.

Prices are in Philippine pesos. PayMongo processes the payment under its own terms. The payer is responsible for reviewing the selected club, product, and amount before paying. Refunds and corrections are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

You must not:

• use PickleQ unlawfully, fraudulently, or to harm, harass, or impersonate another person;
• access a club, account, system, or data without authorization;
• probe security, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, or disrupt the service;
• submit false payment details, abuse refunds, or attempt to obtain duplicate access; or
• copy, resell, or exploit PickleQ except as allowed by law or written permission.

We work to keep PickleQ reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued for maintenance, security, legal, or product reasons. Organizers should keep any records they independently need for operations, accounting, or competition requirements.

PickleQ uses third parties including PayMongo, Supabase, PostHog, Resend, Meta, and GitHub Pages. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. PickleQ is not responsible for an interruption or act of a third party outside PickleQ's reasonable control, without limiting rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

PickleQ and its software, branding, designs, and original content are owned by or licensed to PickleQ.app Technologies OPC.

Match and session records contain factual information and may include personal information. Subject to the Privacy Notice and applicable law, you give PickleQ a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to host, reproduce, process, adapt, analyze, combine, transmit, and display information submitted through the service for as long as it is lawfully retained. PickleQ may use it to provide, secure, evaluate, and improve the service; develop features; produce statistics and benchmarks; and conduct research.

As between you and PickleQ, PickleQ owns its database structure and the selection, coordination, arrangement, and compilation of data within the service, together with PickleQ-generated rankings, metrics, models, insights, and irreversibly anonymized or aggregated datasets. You retain any rights you have in original content you submit. These terms do not give PickleQ ownership of a person's personal information or limit privacy rights under applicable law.

We may restrict or end access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, security threats, unlawful conduct, material breach of these Terms, nonpayment, or harm to users or the service. When practical, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to address the issue. You may stop using PickleQ at any time and may request deletion as described in the Privacy Notice.

PickleQ is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, PickleQ disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

Philippine law governs these Terms. Before starting a formal dispute, please contact us through Messenger so we can try to resolve the concern promptly. Consumers may also use remedies available under applicable consumer-protection law.
